1. Amaç & Purpose

IQM Belgelendirme tarafından yönetim sistemleri belgesi almaya hak kazanmış firmaların, belgenin geçerliliği devam ettiği sürece IQM Belgelendirmeye ait logo, marka ve belgeleri kullanmaları ile ilgili yöntemlerin açıklanmasıdır. & It is the explanation of the methods regarding the use of the logos, brands and documents of IQM Certification by the companies that are entitled to receive the management systems certificate by IQM Certification as long as the validity of the document continues.

IQM Belgelendirme: IQM Uluslararası Belgelendirme Eğitim Ve Gözetim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi & IQM Certification: IQM International Certification Training and Surveillance Services Limited Company

Kuruluş: IQM Belgelendirme tarafından yönetim sistemleri denetimi geçiren ve belge almaya hak kazanan firmalardır. & Organization: These are the companies that have passed the management systems audit by IQM Certification and are entitled to receive the certificate.

Logo: IQM Belgelendirmenin kendi ismini tanıtmak için kullandığı sembol. & Logo: The symbol that IQM Certification uses to promote its name.

Marka: IQM Belgelendirmenin belgelendirdiği firmaların belgelendirme statülerini göstermek için kullandığı semboldür. Marka, logonun altına belgelendirme alanı ve ilgili standart numarası yazılarak oluşturulur. & Brand: It is the symbol used by IQM Certification to show the certification status of the companies it has certified. The brand is created by writing the certification area and the relevant standard number under the logo.

1. Uygulama & Application

IQM Belgelendirme tarafından belgelendirilen kuruluşlar belge sözleşmesinin imzalanmasından sonra, belgenin geçerliliği devam ettiği sürece bu talimat hükümlerine uymakla yükümlüdürler. Bu talimat IQM Belgelendirmenin resmi web sitesi olan www.iqm.com.tr  adresinde güncel olarak bulundurulmaktadır. & Organizations certified by IQM Certification are obliged to comply with the provisions of this instruction as long as the validity of the certificate continues after the signing of the certificate agreement. This instruction is kept up-to-date at www.iqm.com.tr, the official website of IQM Certification.

Ayrıca, Belgelendirilen kuruluşların sistem belgesi dışında belgesi mevcutsa (ürün belgesi gibi) bu belgelerin kullanımında anlam karmaşasına yol açacak logo kullanımından kaçınmalıdırlar. & In addition, if the certified organizations have a document other than the system document (such as a product certificate), they should avoid the use of logos that will cause confusion in the use of these documents.

Kuruluşun belge almaya hak kazanmasının ardından IQM Belgelendirme markasını kullanmaya da hak kazanmıştır. IQM Belgelendirme markası, kuruluşa mail olarak sunulacaktır ve markalar www.iqm.com.tr adresinde güncel olarak yayınlanacaktır. & Following the establishment's certification, it has also been entitled to use the IQM Certification brand. The IQM Certification brand will be submitted to the organization by e-mail and the brands will be published up-to-date at www.iqm.com.tr.

Bu talimat ile belirtilen şartları yerine getirmeyen kuruluşlara belgenin askıya alınması veya fesih edilmesi işlemleri uygulanır. & Institutions that do not fulfill the conditions specified in this instruction are subject to suspension or termination of the certificate.

Kuruluş tek başına IQM Belgelendirme veya TURKAK, IAS logosunu kesinlikle kullanamaz. & The organization cannot use the IQM Certification or TURKAK, IAS logo alone.

1. 1. IQM Belgelendirme Markası Genel Kullanım Şartları & IQM Certification Mark General Terms of Use
2. Marka belge geçerliliği devam ettiği sürelerde kullanılabilir.& The trademark can be used as long as the validity of the document continues.
3. Belge kapsamı dışındaki faaliyetlerde IQM Belgelendirme markası kullanılamaz. Belge kapsamında herhangi bir değişiklik olduğunda bunu bütün reklam malzemelerinde düzeltilmelidir. & IQM Certification brand cannot be used in activities outside the scope of the certificate. Any change in document coverage should be corrected in all advertising materials.
4. IQM Belgelendirme tarafından belgesi askıya alınan, belge geçerlilik süresi dolan ve belgesi iptal edilen kuruluş IQM Belgelendirme markasını içeren muhtelif sertifika, rapor, promosyon, reklam malzemesi vs. kullanılmasını ve dağıtımını derhal durdurmalıdır. Belgesi iptal edilen firma, belgesini IQM Belgelendirme’ ye göndermelidir. & Various certificates, reports, promotions, advertising materials, etc. containing the IQM Certification brand of the institution whose certificate has been suspended by IQM Certification, whose validity period has expired and whose certificate has been revoked. should immediately cease its use and distribution. The company whose certificate has been revoked must send its certificate to IQM Certification.
5. IQM Belgelendirme markası laboratuvar testleri, kalibrasyon, deney ve gözetim raporları ve ürüne ait diğer belgelerin üzerine konulmamalı ayrıca ürün, proses veya hizmet belgelendirmesi ve onayını ima edecek şekilde kullanılmamalıdır.& The IQM Certification mark should not be placed on laboratory tests, calibration, test and surveillance reports and other product-related documents, and should not be used to imply product, process or service certification and approval.
6. Firma, belgesini IQM Belgelendirmenin veya belgelendirme sisteminin itibarına zarar verecek veya kamu güvenini kaybettirebilecek tarzda kullanmamalıdır. & The firm should not use its certificate in a way that may damage the reputation of IQM Certification or the certification system or lose public trust.
7. Belgelendirilen kuruluşun birden fazla şubesi varsa ve bu şubelerden bazıları belgelendirilmiş ise, & If the certified organization has more than one branch and some of these branches are certified,
8. IQM Belgelendirme Markası sadece belgelendirilen şubeler tarafından kullanılmalıdır. Bütün şubelerde ortak bir form kullanılıyorsa, ilgili dokümanda IQM Belgelendirme markası kullanılabilir fakat markanın hemen yanında hangi şubelerin belgelendirildiği açıkça yer almalıdır. & IQM Certification Mark should only be used by certified branches. If a common form is used in all branches, the IQM Certification brand can be used in the relevant document, but next to the brand, which branches are certified should be clearly stated.
9. IQM Belgelendirme markasını kullandırma hakkı sadece IQM Belgelendirmeye aittir. & The right to use the IQM Certification brand only belongs to IQM Certification.
10. IQM Belgelendirme tarafından belgelendirilen firmalar, IQM Belgelendirme markasını, müşterilerinin, taşeronlarının veya herhangi bir üçüncü tarafın kullanımını engelleyecek tedbirleri almalı ve bu hakkını devretmemelidir. & Firms certified by IQM Certification should take measures to prevent the use of the IQM Certification brand, their customers, subcontractors or any third party, and should not transfer this right.
11. IQM Belgelendirme markası IQM Belgelendirmenin herhangi bir ürünü veya hizmeti onayladığı veya önerdiği anlamına gelebilecek şekilde kullanılmaz. & The IQM Certification mark is not used in a way that could imply that IQM Certification endorses or recommends any product or service.
12. IQM Belgelendirme markası ürün üzerine konulmamalı ayrıca ürün ve hizmet onayını ima edecek şekilde kullanılmamalıdır. & The IQM Certification mark should not be placed on the product and should not be used to imply product and service approval.
13. IQM Belgelendirme markasının kullanıldığı alan, markayı ayrıntıları ile gösterebilen farklı bir renkte olmalıdır.& The area where the IQM Certification brand is used should be in a different color that can show the brand in details.
14. IQM Belgelendirme markasında herhangi bir tahrifat ve marka formatında değişiklik yapılmamalıdır. & There should be no tampering with the IQM Certification brand and no change in the brand format.
15. IQM Belgelendirme markaları orijinal renklerinin haricinde ancak siyah-beyaz renkte kullanılabilir. & IQM Certification marks can only be used in black and white color other than their original colors.
16. Markalar, orijinal biçimlerini koruması, okunaklı kalması kaydı ile orantılı olacak şekilde büyütülebilir veya küçültülebilir. Ancak şekilleri hiç bir koşulda değiştirilemez.& Marks may be enlarged or reduced in proportion as long as they retain their original form and remain legible. However, their shape cannot be changed under any circumstances.
17. Kuruluş ürün ambalajı üzerinde aşağıdaki şartları karşılaması ve hiçbir şekilde ürün, proses veya hizmetin belgelendirildiğini ima etmeyecek net ifadeler ile IQM Belgelendirme markasını kullanabilir. & The organization may use the IQM Certification mark on the product packaging with clear statements that meet the following conditions and do not imply that the product, process or service is certified in any way.Kuruluş tanımı (örneğin, marka veya isim gibi), & Organization description (such as brand or name),
    • Yönetim sisteminin tipi (örneğin, kalite, çevre gibi) ve uygulanan standart, & The type of management system (eg quality, environment) and the standard applied,
    • IQM Belgelendirme adı.& IQM Certification name.
    • Örnek: Yönetim sistemi belgelendirmesinin bir ürün (hizmet dahil) veya prosesin belgelendirildiğini ima edecek şekilde kullanılamaz, Belgenin Yönetim Sistemine verildiğini açıklayan ifade örneğin; “bu ürün Kalite Yönetim Sisteminin ISO 9001 standardına uygun olduğu belgelendirilmiş bir tesiste üretilmiştir.” şeklinde olabilir. & Example: Management system certification cannot be used to imply that a product (including service) or process has been documented. “This product has been manufactured in a certified facility whose Quality Management System complies with the ISO 9001 standard.” may form.

Not: ISO 22000 sertifikasına sahip müşterinin belgelendirilmiş bir GGYS'ye sahip olduğuna ilişkin ürün ambalajı üzerinde herhangi bir beyanın kullanılmasına izin verilmez. Bu gereklilik, hem birincil ambalaj (ürünü içeren) hem de herhangi bir dış veya ikincil ambalaj olmak üzere tüm ürün ambalajlarını içerir. & It is not allowed to use any declaration on the product packaging that the customer with ISO 22000 certification has a certified FSMS. This requirement includes all product packaging, both primary packaging (containing the product) and any outer or secondary packaging.

Belgelendirme markasının kullanım şartları & Terms of use of the certification mark;

*a. Ürün; elle tutulur, somut bir ürün olabilir veya tek bir tanesi paket veya kutu içerisinde olabilir. & Product; It can be a tangible, tangible product, or it can be a single one in a package or box.

*b. Son kullanıcıya ulaşmadığı düşünülen mukavva vb. malzemeden yapılmış dış ambalaj olabilir. & There may be outer packaging made of material such as cardboard, etc., which is thought not to reach the end user.
*c. İkincil ambalaj üzerinde kullanılabilecek ifadede aşağıdaki bilgiler yer almalıdır. & The following information should be included in the statement that can be used on secondary packaging:

            - Belgelendirilmiş müşterinin tanımı (örneğin, marka veya isim gibi), & Identification of the certified customer (e.g. brand or name),

- Yönetim sisteminin tipi (örneğin, kalite, çevre gibi) ve uygulanan standard, & Type of management system (e.g. quality, environment) and standard applied,

- Belgeyi düzenleyen belgelendirme kuruluşu. & Certification body that issued the certificate.

*d. Bu kurallarda belirtilen diğer şartlara uymak koşuluyla kullanılabilir. & It can be used provided that the other conditions specified in these rules are complied with.

1. 1. IQM Belgelendirme Markası Kullanım Alanları & 4.2 IQM Certification Mark Usage Areas
2. Kuruluşun reklam amaçlı yayınlarında (Büyük Ölçekli Reklamlar, Posterler, TV reklamları, Promosyon Videolar, Broşürler, web site) veya tanıtım broşürleri üzerinde belgenin Yönetim Sistemine verildiği belirtilerek veya belirtmeksizin IQM Belgelendirme markası kullanılabilir. & The IQM Certification brand can be used with or without indicating that the document has been given to the Management System on brochures, website) or promotional brochures.
3. Belgelendirme kapsamı dahilinde olmayan bir faaliyete ilişkin yapılan tanıtım malzemeleri ve dokümanları üzerinde IQM Belgelendirme markası kullanılamaz. & IQM Certification brand cannot be used on promotional materials and documents related to an activity that is not within the scope of certification.
4. IQM Belgelendirme markası belgelendirilen kuruluşun personeli için bastırılan kartvizitler üzerinde kullanılamaz. & IQM Certification mark cannot be used on business cards printed for the personnel of the certified organization.
5. IQM Belgelendirme markası taşıtların üzerinde kullanılmaz. & IQM Certification mark is not used on vehicles.
6. IQM Belgelendirme markası binaların veya firma bayraklarının üzerinde kullanılmaz. & The IQM Certification mark is not used on buildings or company flags.
7. IQM Belgelendirme markası belgelendirilen kuruluşunun binasının iç duvarlarında, kapılarında veya fuarlardaki tanıtım stantlarında kullanılabilir. & The IQM Certification mark can be used on the interior walls, doors of the building of the certified institution or on the promotion stands in fairs.
8. Takvim/ Ajanda / Yılbaşı Kartı/Yazışmalar gibi promosyon ürünleri ve tanıtım yazılarında IQM Belgelendirme markası kullanılabilir. & IQM Certification brand can be used in promotional products and promotional articles such as Calendar / Agenda / New Year's Card / Correspondence.

Logoların IQM Belgelendirme tarafından düzenlenen belgelerinin tüketiciyi yanıltıcı veya aldatıcı kullanımlarının veya beyanatlarının tespit edilmesi durumunda T.C. İstanbul Anadolu Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Bu madde IQM Belgelendirme ile sözleşme yapmamış tarafların IQM Belgelendirme marka ve logosunu kötüye kullanma durumları için de geçerlidir. & In case of detection of misleading or deceptive uses or statements of the logos issued by IQM Certification to the consumer, T.C. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. This article also applies to the abuse of IQM Certification brand and logo by parties that have not signed a contract with IQM Certification.

Akredite Yönetim Sistemi Belgelendirme Kuruluşları, düzenleyeceği sertifikalarda TÜRKAK markasının yanında (solunda veya sağında veya üstünde veya altında) TÜRKAK Belge Doğrulama Sistemi’nin ürettiği TBDS Kare Koduna 20x20 mm ebatından az olmamak kaydıyla uygulanabilir. & Accredited Management System Certification Bodies can apply to the TBDS QR Code produced by the TÜRKAK Document Verification System next to the TÜRKAK brand (to the left or right or above or below) in the certificates it will issue, provided that it is not less than 20x20 mm in size.

Standartlara göre tanımlanmış IQM Belgelendirme Markaları aşağıdaki gibidir. & The IQM Certification Marks defined according to the standards are as follows.

(ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1)

Sertifika üzerinde IAF logosu kullanımı; & Use of the IAF logo on the certificate;
